RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN PERIOD

In accordance with European Union legislation, we offer a 14-day reflection period for returning products without the need for justification. This period starts from the date the product is received.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return process, please:
• Contact us via email: support@mart4me.uk
• Provide your order number and the items you wish to return
• Wait for our instructions on how to ship the product

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• All accessories and gifts received must be included
• The product must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection

4. REFUND

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed:
• Using the same payment method as the original purchase
• Within 14 days after confirming receipt of the return
• Including the original shipping cost (except in cases of partial returns)

5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer:
• Product replacement
• Full refund
• Repair, when applicable
